• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You have not previously had a q666 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by q666 or any third-party responsible gaming registry.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are using your own funds and are not gambling with funds obtained from criminal or unlawful activities.

Multiple registrations by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals therein.

q666 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification for all Members. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. q666 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

To access the full range of q666 services, you are required to create a Member account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. q666 shall bear no liability for any losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete account information provided by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account username, password, and any one-time authentication codes associated with your q666 account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. q666 will never ask you for your password by telephone, email, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from q666 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to q666 support immediately.

You must notify q666 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of account security. q666 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to notify us promptly after becoming aware of such use, or where the unauthorised access resulted from your own negligence in maintaining credential confidentiality.

q666 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard where available. q666 does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges, for which q666 bears no responsibility.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless otherwise specified in the relevant payment method details page.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your q666 account within 30 seconds of confirmed transaction. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business hours.
• q666 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where the deposit triggers anti-money laundering controls or is associated with an unverified account.
• All funds deposited to q666 are held in segregated payment accounts and are not commingled with operational funds.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC identity verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request can be processed. q666 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the verification process.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to two (2) business hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds, and only up to the original deposited amount via that method. Any excess winnings may be withdrawn via an approved alternative method.

• All bonus offers at q666 are available to eligible Members only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only who have made their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per IP address.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., x12 means you must wager the bonus amount twelve times before withdrawal).
• Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works from q666 intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q666 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or q666 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

q666 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond q666's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. q666 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

q666 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in q666's Privacy Policy. q666 processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and responsible gaming activities.

q666 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. q666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; evidence of bonus abuse; operation of multiple accounts; or any other conduct that q666 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its Members, or its licensing obligations.

You may close your q666 account at any time by contacting q666 support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable charges and after all pending withdrawal requests have been processed. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

q666 may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — q666 will provide advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominently displayed notice on the q666 platform. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to q666's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their validity, breach, termination, or interpretation, shall be resolved through the following procedure:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: All disputes must first be submitted to q666's customer support team in writing. q666 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1 within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by q666's licensing authority.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through the above steps shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent q666 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraudulent activity, or preserve evidence.
